Company CC - The Scam
With very inticing ads that advertise Credit Report Disputes for only $9, this seems like a great deal. But what's the catch?
Let's start with the credit bureaus. For every item they "dispute", they send out 3 letters (that's $9x3 - one to each credit bureau). Then, should they get a reply, they send another letter in response (or, another dispute - charging antoher $9 per bureau). One item on your credit report could end up costing you close to a hundred bucks within a month!
Plus, before you authorize anything, they dispute *every last item on you credit report!* Excuse me? That's correct! Before your fist bill is even seen, they've disputed dozens and dozens of items on your credit report, whether they were disputable or not! Before you know it, you've racked up a $700.00 bill with Company CC - and you have to pay it, or they report you to the bureaus sending your credit score tumbling even further!
No wonder this company has thousands and thousands of Better Business Bureau complaints against it! They're in it for the quick rip-off on the unsuspecting customer.
Company LL - Giving Credit Repair Services a good name
As a proud member of both the Better Business Bureau and Online BBB, Company LL has thousands of compliments, not complaints backing them up. Why is this? Because they are a company based on geting results for their customers. Here's how they work:

For less than your monthly cable bill, Company LL starts you off by carefully selecting which items you want to (and can) dispute with the credit bureaus. With carefully written dispute letters, Company LL negotiates with the bureaus (and sometimes with the creditors) to get the negative items removed from your credit report. They guarantee nothing, but their hardest work. That's the way a company should be run, with integrity and great service.
